Grace Strachan

Grace has a degree in Education and Psychology.  She leads the team of boarding tutors to provide exceptional care for students, preparing them for life beyond EMS.  Grace also coordinates Special Education Needs and Disability provision for one year group in school and co-leads our work to ensure we have an equitable and inclusive school which celebrates diversity.

Grace understands the importance of resilience and aims to help students in finding a system of support that works for them. Grace is empathetic, keen to give advice when needed, listens and prioritises the students voice.
