On 18th September EMS was officially opened with the support of local Industry, the University of Exeter and Exeter College.
Graham Cole CBE , chairman of AgustaWestland and chair of the CBI South West, gave his unwavering support for the school prior to unveiling the plaque. Professor Janice Kay, Provost of Exeter University and John Larmay, vice-principal of Exeter College also supported the school as it strives for excellence.
