September 30th 2013 feels like a momentous date for the EMS team as they open the admissions process for students wishing to be part of the school’s first cohort. Applications are welcome from students throughout the Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Dorset from now until the end of January next year.
Head teacher, Kerry Burnham, said:
“I am greatly looking forward to seeing applications coming in. There is a lot of work going on behind the scenes to ensure that EMS provides an exceptional learning experience for talented young mathematicians; the key missing ingredients are the students themselves!”
The process for applying is outlined on the EMS website’s Admissions page, where an application form can also be downloaded. There will be a chance to ask questions and find out more at a number of events being held throughout the South West – watch this space for more details.
