Bill has a degree in Journalism from University of the Arts London and worked as a member of support staff in both primary and secondary schools for over ten years prior to joining EMS in September 2017.

He has three young children and a dog, is a keen cook and loves cycling.  His degree in journalism and his extensive experience in schools means that he really understands the importance of open communication within the accommodation setting.
