What are your hobbies and interests?

I’m a musician as well as a mathematician at heart, I play guitar and sing when I have the time. I also have a passion for recreational programming (although I should probably do my CS homework first).

What is your greatest achievement to date?

Singing in my school’s Christmas Concert last year, standing up in front of my whole school and belting out “Fairytale of New York” was a great experience.

What has been the highlight of your time at EMS?

Student council elections, there are a lot of big personalities in my tutor group and some very ‘extravagant’ campaign speeches. It was all a good laugh (anyone of them would’ve made a good student council representative).

Do you have any advice for future applicants?

Do! Best decision I ever made, only been here for half a term and I already know I’d have regretted going anywhere else!
