Kings-Exeter Video Comptition 2015 : Bank of England Prize Giving
Posted: 8 December 2015On Wedneday, 2nd December Amy, Dan, Harry and Zoe, winners of the Maths competition ‘Standing on the Shoulders of Giants’ from The Castle School, Taunton traveled to The Bank of England in London for their prize giving. Their winning video was shown to Andy Haldane, Chief Economist at the Bank, who commented on their excellent presentation skills and Mr Haldane presented the four able mathematicians with their prizes of graphic calculators. This was followed by a behind the scenes tour of the Bank and a visit to the Bank’s museum. A great day was had by all!
